Refund and Returns Policy
Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy:
You can cancel your confirmed order only if we don’t have in stock the product ordered by you. In any other case if you wish to cancel your order then you need to mail at email@example.com within 24 hours of order placed. Once the Aushadhi customer care feels that the reason for cancellation is genuine and reasonable, Aushadhi customer care will cancel the order for you.
You can intimate about return by writing an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days from the date of delivery of parcel.
Products can be returned only if received damaged or incorrect product.
In order to validate the reason, you can be asked to send the photos of the product(s) to email@example.com
Once the Aushadhi customer care feels that the claim is genuine and reasonable, Aushadhi customer care will place a new order for the replacement of the products and will initiate the return process.
The customer will be required to return the products along with the original packing and bill.
Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect variant), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.
Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged product or incorrect product delivery.
Refund Process Will Be Initiated By Us Within 4 Business Days Of Receiving The Refund Request And Authorization Of The Refund.
Refund will be credited In The Account, Used For Order Payment, Between 8-10 Days After Initiating The Refund. Please Note That The Timing Of The Actual Account Credit Is Dependent On Multiple External Agencies Such As Banks, Payment Gateways And External Couriers (For Cheques).
The Refund Amount Will Be Credited Back Into The Same Account (Online Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card) That Was Used To Make The Purchase.
For Cash On Delivery Orders, The Refund Amount Will Be Credited Back In Your Bank Account.
